Free UK Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders to UK addresses. No minimum order value is required.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
Estimated delivery
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number, where available.
You can use this to track your delivery directly with the carrier.
Delivery delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier capacity, local postal services, peak periods, Christmas, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notification card or provide redelivery instructions.
Please follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment, where permitted by applicable law and where the failed delivery is attributable to the customer.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number and photographs of any damage, where applicable.
We will investigate the issue and help resolve it.
This recommended reporting period does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
